Long Term residents

Our park loves inviting new folk to join our community. At present we have a third of our whole sites as long term residents.To take a long term site (usually an ensuite site), we ask that you trial 6-8 weeks as a seasonal guest, on the proposed site of your choosing that is available.

Offer longterm lease (first lease 12 months fixed)
Power consumed will be metered
Ensuite powered sites - masonary block
Moveable dwellings only permitted
Serviced mowers & whippersnippers (lent)
Bond required 2 weeks (RTA)
Pets are allowed**conditions apply
Rate is offered at $119.90 + power weekly 1-2Adults. Come take a look!

Our long term residents can enjoy the facilities offered at the park, other pets and friends to mingle with, live in your own accommodation and enjoy the relaxing and cheaper way of life that caravan parks offer. And the BBQ's,wine, prawns........
