Seasonal guests
(min 4 weeks) can take option of the pay upfront for 6 days and get the 7th free as well as the government gst tax drops after 28 days of a continuous stay when paying metered power.
Cabins and Villas
check-in-after 2pm-7.45pm daily, check-out 10am, sorry no late checkout is available. *If you are running later than 7.45pm - please call prior to alert the attendant of where the key and map can be found.
Your Pets are allowed to stay with the permission of the caravan park attendant.(Not deemed harmful, on flea control, had parvo injection, restrained via lead, pick up doggy poo, not left unattended and not in any park building). For Cabin and Villa bookings, a pet assurance fee is taken of $165 via cash or credit card, provided the pet has not been taken inside or breached the pet rules the fee is refunded.
Booking and Deposit Policy
Cabin,Villa and Tourist site bookings require the first night's fee as deposit within fourteen days of making the booking, credit cards, direct deposits and cleared cheques are accepted.
For Corporate firm bookings of 3 or more months, cabins or villas in season (Apr-Nov), we will require one months deposit on each accommodation held.
We have a "No Pay, No Stay" policy - all bookings are paid for at time of registration and in advance of stay.
Bookings for Seasonal termed sites (4weeks plus) require a $50 deposit and an agreed time before arrival. (Please note that for seasonal sites or long term sites, no booking will be taken after June01 at any year- we use the first in best dressed).
Long term sites (Fixed 12 month leases) are available from November to March 31 each year - Just call or email us.
Refund Policy As we are holding your chosen accommodation for you, if you change your mind or are unable to keep your booking, we will require the following notice periods:
Normal Trading Days: 48 hours notice/ 2 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit less a cancellation fee of 5% of deposit.
Public Holidays: 48hours notice required/ 2 days notice, we will refund 80% of the balance of your deposit less a cancellation fee of 5% of deposit.
For corporate firm bookings in season (May-Nov), a month's notice (28days) will be required for 3 or more cabins or villas booked.
Less than the specified time frames in notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit if we are able to re rent your accommodation for the initial period of deposit or paid for term, less a cancellation fee of 5% per initial day rate.
Any further refund options will be at our absolute discretion.
